ABOUT US
Performance Code was founded in 2022 to address obstacles faced by the police and fire services. Cardiovascular disease, obesity, high injury rates and extended limited duty add further adversity to an already challenging profession and we believe first responders deserve the same level of care as professional athletes. Our performance specialists have extensive experience and the knowledge to significantly impact public safety agencies.
Michael Schofield - Founder
CSCS, LMT, PRT, TSAC-F
Michael is a strength and conditioning coach with over 15 years of experience in the field. He spent 13 years working in professional baseball as a minor league strength coach with the Arizona Diamondbacks, minor league strength and conditioning coordinator with the Atlanta Braves, and assistant performance coach with the New York Mets. Schofield currently serves as the Director of Health and Performance for the City of Aurora (CO) Public Safety.
